Right of withdrawal & 100 nights' trial
At Mila we want you and your child to be completely happy with your decision. That is why we offer you a voluntary right of return that goes far beyond the standard.
Right of withdrawal & return guarantee
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 100 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 100 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you, took possession of the goods.

This right of return applies to:
Mila Cloud children's beds
Mila Dream children's mattresses
⚠️ Important exception to the right of return
Please note that returns and withdrawal are expressly excluded if the goods (bed frame or mattress) were ordered in the wrong size. Because we plan our beds and mattresses to order for you, we ask you to check the dimensions of the room and the mattress size you need carefully before buying.
How a return works
We make it as easy as possible for you. If you would like to make use of your right of return (and none of the exceptions above applies), please follow these steps:
Contact us: Send us a simple email to info@mila-bett.ch within the 100-day period.
Wait for confirmation: Our team will process your request and get in touch with you to clarify the details.
Free collection: You do not have to take the bed or the mattress to the post office yourself. We arrange for the goods to be collected from your home free of charge.
Consequences of withdrawal
As soon as the goods have reached us and been checked, we refund the full purchase price. The refund is made using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction.
Condition of the goods
We ask you to treat the goods with care. Sleeping on them is expressly encouraged! For the return to run smoothly, however, the goods must be clean and must not show any damage (such as stains, tears or breakages) that goes beyond normal inspection and a normal trial period.
