Shipping & delivery terms

At Mila we know how much you are looking forward to the new children's room. That is why we do everything we can to get your order to your home as safely, quickly and conveniently as possible.

1. Shipping costs: our gift to you

To make your shopping experience as simple as possible, we cover the full shipping costs for you.

• Delivery within Switzerland & Liechtenstein: Free of charge (CHF 0.00)

• Returns: Also free of charge under our 100-day guarantee.

2. Delivery area

We deliver exclusively to addresses within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

3. Delivery times

The delivery time depends on the availability of the configuration you choose:

• Items in stock: Usually delivered within 3–7 working days.

• Pre-orders / made-to-order items: The exact delivery time is shown directly on the product page and in your confirmation email.

Please note: if you order a bed and a mattress, we try to deliver them together. In individual cases, however, the items may arrive in separate parcels on different days for logistical reasons.

4. The delivery process: how your Mila Cloud arrives

Because the Mila Cloud children's bed is a high-quality piece of furniture, it is shipped either by parcel service or by a specialist furniture forwarder, depending on size and weight.

• Parcel shipping (e.g. mattresses): Smaller items are delivered directly to your front door. You receive a tracking number so you can follow the shipment.

• Forwarder shipping (bed): Delivery is made to the kerbside as standard. The forwarder contacts you in advance by phone or text message to arrange a suitable delivery date with you. That way we make sure you are at home when your delivery arrives.

5. Transport damage

We pack your order with the greatest care. Should a parcel nevertheless arrive damaged, please note this directly with the carrier or refuse acceptance. Please contact us immediately at info@mila-bett.ch so that we can arrange a replacement straight away.

6. Easy returns & collection

If the Mila Cloud should not be right for you after all, you do not have to worry about the awkward return transport. Under our 100-day guarantee we arrange for the bed or the mattress to be collected from your home free of charge. Simply send us a short message and we will coordinate the rest for you.
